I love the characters and the illustrations helped bring them to life.

I like the new chapters and sections and mostly the new parts about Midori. The beginning with Vilmos blew my mind! I loved it!

Very interesting to learn more about Midori especially since she is one of the Alder family. I liked the other restored scenes as well.

Midori is very interesting, like all the Alders she has a rich background and story.

All the detail about the family is refreshing especially as you don't see it in other fantasies. Other families have individual heroes not entire families.

The Alder family is the most interesting in the stories. Adrina, Valam, Calyin, Delinna, Andrew all become friends and it is sad what happens.

We've got off track, can we get back to the discussion of titans in the ruin mist books?

Titans remain very mysterious so far and elusive. Early on we see them as powerful warriors, like when Amir watches the giants troop by. Later we see them through Vilmos and others. RS speaks of Noman's power of illusion and how this allows them to pass without notice in the kingdoms. In the notes they are described as supreme giants but they don't seem to be much larger than men. This could be the work of the illusions and magics though when they are in the kingdoms. Hard to put a height to them though they are strong and skilled warrior people.
