Yes, especially after the failure with Talem.

Edward redeemed himself as far as I'm concerned. If it weren't for him, Vilmos wouldv'e been killed or captured by the hunter beasts. Edward also taught Vilmos King's Mate and strategy.

Agreed Edward helped Vilmos when he didn't have to. If Edward was special in some way, what was his power? He didn't seem to have magic or did he.

Never thought of it like that. very interesting if Edward did have some kind of power. He did find Vilmos so maybe he was some sort of watcher like Xith?

Yes, especially after the failure with Talem. The idea of redepmtion for Edward is very interesting too.

Maybe he was a failed watcher, if so it would make sense for him to get redemption by saving Vilmos. Interesting.

He did seem to be waiting and watching for someone and he was there for Vilmos when the priests were trying to get him. Edward seemed very intelligent but not magical. He took a quick liking to Vilmos so maybe he only saved him since it was the right thing.

Edward was somehow a student of Xith's so he had to have magic. Maybe he didn't use it once he failed his tests. Eldrick is different. Hes a tree spirit with powers. He's ancient as ruin mist andhe likes to play tricks. He selects Valam for some reason.

Allright so here's a twist on Eldrick vs Edward and Golem to the mix. Which is the coolest?

Gollem is tricksy I tell you and he would be a tough one to catch especially if it was like before Frodo got the ring from him.
I liked what Shire Hobbit said about Edward trying to redeem himself through Vilmos. I think he might have but I wish he hadnt of sacrificed himself. Vilmos might have made it away but i guess they would have tracked him then.

Edward was very noble in the end. I don't think Vilmos would have made it very far with a pack of hunter beasts close at his back. It seemed he barely made it away as it was.
