What do you think about the Terry Brooks'best-selling "Shannara" series. I think that they are excellent.

Shannara is interesting because it's a lot like Tolkien with the quests and the adventures. Great I think!

I'm glad that you like it. It is one of my favourite series; "The Heritage" is my favourite saga from it. What's yours?

I started his Shannara series. Started but never finished it. I really loved it! He has a interesting writing style. But I stoped because I was reading another series. But I want to read them.

I've never heard of these books. What are they about and are as good as Ruin Mist?

Sure you want to ask that on the Robert Stanek board

I'm sorry, what I meant to say was is it anywhere close to being as spectacular as the Ruin Mist series?

Well, "Shannara" is a very good series, I know that for sure. A story about elves, dwarves and dark magic, it's a fast read. The characters are well-described and there are some very cool battles... A must read, I think.

Thanks Sparhawk, after I read all of Stanek's books, I'll give that series a try.
