If he appears in any Ruinmist book it would have to be in dawn of ages or battle, since Dalphan is long dead.

I'm sure R.S could think of a creative way to spring him into the main line, though Dawn of the Ages and the Battle for Ruinmist are the most likely places from him to appear, if he appears at all.
