Amir is a great titan but his father was the greatest titan of them all. I wish to learn more about that time in ruin mist.

Ruin Mist has such an interesting history. There's so much to think about, it's all very interesting. Titans especially.

Everything... I like the whole idea of "ruin mist", something old and mysterious, beautiful, magical, deadly...

Personally, I found that all the characters were likeable, and the history is just as or more interesting. Titans are unique in fantasy I think particularly the way RS writes of them.

Every bit of history I've read at least 10 times! The whole time I was hoping for another flashback to when the time of his father - it was fascinating to read, as fascinating as Vilmos's flashback to another time.

Someone said there's one with all the history like a guide or something? Is it?

The illustrated Kingdoms & the Elves of the Reaches has a complete guide to the world and the people. It's fully illustrated like the book, and by itself is worth the price of the book. I picked it up as soon as I saw it.

The illustrations are great... From Amazon the description says it also has lost scenes from RS original writings and restored scenes cut from edits and I found about 10 new scenes all together. Worth it...

sparkhawk is right about ruin mist being beautiful, magical, ancient, mysterious. I love that about it. From reading through ruinmistmovie.com it says the name "ruin mist" is from an ancient proverb about the lost ages. There's lots of info about the past ages of ruin mist as well.

Ruin Mist is THE most spectacullarly imagined fictional world. Better than Tolkien's middle earth. Better than the Star Wars universe. Better than everything.
