internet flame wars are the most pointless use of the many opportunities provided by the internet... people think they're safe to do it because they're behind their keyboard saying it. I'm sure the flamers wouldnt say stuff like that to Robert Stanek's face. People need to grow up and realize they can't destroy someone's opportunities because they are better or more sucessfull than them, and instead of turning their jealousy into rage and destroying someone's sucess, they need to compliment each other and learn from each other. I certainly don't see Robert Stanek going around flaming other people's works because they are doing it to him.

The two series part is good. That means there's more to come. Unfortunately I don;t know anything about them either.

I agree to the great fanalie part. I don't know what R.S plans to do from here, but I hope it's both. Until then though, I'll just have to bide my time until another wonder is realeased from R.S

Its the realisitic part and the part about seeing in your head like jeromy said that i enjoy, otherwise battles are just mindless scenes with violence, but in Ruinmist its another layer of subtle storytelling and drama, unlike some books where battles are just an exuse to describe other wise hidden parts of the human anatomy.

The best series since Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy(despite the genre difference)
