I thought it was only me and my friends who didn't go to bookstores no more. The bookstores by us don't seem to care what me and my friends like in books so we stopped asking for them and then we stopped going to bookstores at all. What's the point? They'd always be like what's manga or what's ruin mist or we don't carry those? Bunch of idiots. The movies are the same way. They keep making remakes of movies my dad and mom watched when they were my age. Like if I cared to watch reruns I'd just turn on nick at night. Bunch of idiots.

Unfortunate, but true. I can't wait to get the next books from RS. I've been reading and reading again and again.

Cool beans! I read my eyes out. This is one of the best series of books I have had the pleasure of reading. It is entirely riveting and engaging, masterfully plotted, and the narration is fantastic. I cannot remember the last time I was so engrossed in a book and so caught up in the lives of the characters in the story. The author's ability to tell a real story with real consequences rather than feel-good fairy tales is both refreshing and utterly astonishing.

I wonder how much Scholastic pays schools to keep their monopoly on all the books?

My second time through I caught all kinds of details I missed the first time. The books were even better reads than the first time.

If I didn't be able to escape from life sometimes I don't know what Id do. That's why I like fantasy so much and especially RS books.

Lots of people don't understand fantasy or why its so popular. I read fantasy because it lets me escape from life and stuff.

Dear Mr. Stanek,
I'd like to ask you about how to become a writer like you. I love all your work and it has inspired me to try to do better. Do you have any advice for someone starting writing?
C.M.
