Eragon was... I thought it was okay. IT was kinda interesting but simple so i thought three stars out of five. But how was the Rivan Codex Sparhawk?

For die hard Eddings fans only \which means that I loved it ). It's a description of the world of the Belgariad with few interesting notes by Mr. David Eddings himself. I enjoyed it very much.

Yes even though some of you "Trancemist" Might not like the harry potter series, and you maybe sceptial about how jk rowling got about her books, your truth lies between how you present your ideas. as you said all those stupid people who post little comments about "I love harry potter" but was it not you who typed"One more comment: oh and, Harry potter is " see.... your totally contradicting yourelf and not seeing a different point of view, yes they may not be so very complaced as some books, or they may not be as deep but they are not "Bad" books. I truthfully never read much, and i never had any intrest to read, but the harry potter books came out and they snaged my attention, causing me to read, more and more, but you have to critizie, and make yourelf feel better? Why can you just relize that yes they are good books, but maybe not for you, and you of all people should know that when a book relates to a person it can capture them, so then what makes it bad? You seem to have more problem accepting that jkrowling is popular more than your favorite author, or that she made it big, but just get over it, and solve your problems. Oh and about the cigarets, haha you made me laugh, true they may be bad for you, and captivating, but truthfully how could something that allows you to increase your intelegence, and english be bad for you, but nice try. And if your little "Sparhawk" whent popular, wouldnt you do the same defending him from the small minded critics like yourelf?

My dear friend, I read very carefully thy stream of words and thought to leave Trancemist to answer you for indeed you had some valid points in your post. Unfortunately, then you mentioned me in a way, which shows that you obviously haven't read our posts. First, and most important, I'm not little. Being twenty years old I'm probably older than you and I'm definetly not short, nor I'm thin Second, I like Harry Potter. Actually I defended it during the argument. Sadly you didn't notice. I'm truly disappointed Third, allow me to say that Sparhawk is a character of David Eddings and not of Robert Stanek. Maybe if you have read these two wonderful authors you would have known it. Alas, this is not the case. In conclusion, I do think that both Stanek, Rowling and Eddings are wonderful authors and I like them all. But literary preferences are matter of taste so everybody can post his opinion. What I don't like is, however, to be accused of things, which I didn't say. So read better next time, my dear.

ALRIGHT!HOLD THE BLOODY PHONE! How could you, I couldn't agree with Sparhawk more about you. When you said I contradicted myself by saying Harry Potter is a scam, I'm afraid your badly mistaken. Stop trying to sound smart and use words in the right context, I mean really. The mood of your message does not reflect that we're having an intellegent debate. Your post is full of insults and empty meanings, which is really stupid. By saying I am making myself feel better about critizing J.K Rowlings, all I am doing is stating my opinion and trying to make people actually judge the books fairly. The people who critize things to make themselves feel better, that's people who slam books without reading them online so that stupid books that are over hyped and advertised can have sales. I am trying to point this out. And another thing I noticed, is that all you HP fans who decide not to have an intellegent debate all say the same crap. Its like your a frickin cult. "Uh, Harry Potter is cool. It got me readingk, repeat repeat repeat. SWay something else, I can't because there's nothing else to say. I'm sorry." And how can you increase your knowledge and engilsh from a book with many gramatical errors. Every book has them but if Harry potter is intended for kids and teens, what do you learn from it? If your going to add to this thread, do so without insults and repeating the samecrap almost every single HP fan says to me when I try to state my opinion about Harry Potter. All i get to is "Harry potter is not that great," and the endless stream of gibberish starts. Rarely have I seen anyone who will intellegently debate this with me like Sparhawk has. If you want to insult someone, insult me, and not someone whose on your side. Stoplashing out wildly because the truth's leaking out, and throwing insults at us. ITs really immature. I'm pretty sure you haven't read most of this, so do yourself a favor, act like a normal person and be flexible in your thinking.
