I wish it was a movie already then itd be like so popular and everyone would know how good it is because its the greatest I ever read ever. I liked it even better than Artemis Fowl.

Battle for Ruin Mist is a cool new for the movie. That's amazing. Does anyone know when it starts filming? Or is it animated? Animated would be cool too.

I haven't heard anything but I think it would be interesting. And it would be good as animated or live action.

I haven't heard anything either. If it were made I'd prefer live action but it would be good animated as well.

Live action would be very cool but now that NBC/Dreamworks is looking at it more seriously it could go either way.

Sorry I don't have any more news from RS. I was bummed because I thought the upcoming news was about the movie. Guess we'll have to wait and wait and continue waiting.

I'm going to say what I already said before. Fox is going to regret not signing on to a Ruin Mist movie especially when someone like George Lucas wakes up and realizes this would give him a whole new empire to rule over.

Whoever makes the first move will have the satisfaction of seeing the other companies moan in self pity and anguish over the thoughts of all the money they could have made...

Lucas or Spielberg both could create an empire from the books. Someone like Peter Jackson or Joss Whedon might do it better though with the way they innovate.

I think that Lucas is perfect for Ruin Mist. He can capture the complexity of this magical world. But I heard that he is very tired now, after the Sith movie.
