The wolmerrelle are sinister but are the dark elves? When Vilmos was in under earth and there were goblims and demons so it seems to be. Dragons and titans are as interesting I must admit.

The scenes in under earth are all interesting and I liked it when Vilmos got to the city and walked amongst the goblins and demons. I think they are all sinister.

Under earth scenes were terrific, almost surrealistic.

LONG TIME AWAY keep checking for it but didn't see it. Out of the main threads Vilmos's is one I enjoyed the most and I kept waiting for what would happen. To get to the end I was breathless often and then had my eyes wide. A lot of books have a mix or boring threads but I enjoyed all of the threads from Valam in the reach to Brodst/Calyin to Adrina/Xith and especially when Vilmos came back.
