So guys I guess the film didn't make it in 2005? Or maybe it just hasn't been released yet over here? Any more news from anyone with the hotline to Robert Stanek?

Anybody got any other authors comparable to Robert Stanek? I mean ones a bit off the grid, non mainstream of course. I have heard a bit about a British author called Sean Wright who someone said had qualities in common with Stanek? (Though I don't know if this is true as I haven't read his work.) Another one is Graham Parsnip, who is very underground right now. He could be the next Robert Stanek possibly (not that I;m saying there's a vacancy Robert!) - though maybe not, I'm just saying. He certainly has an interesting forum, though it has some way to go to match this one for activity... I'm just putting these names out here as suggestions. Anyone else have others go ahead.

Hi everyone. I thought it was time to expand things a bit and not be so reductive by always placing Robert in the context of other phantasy works. I think his books exceed beyond genre. So I have posted a poll as to which author you think is the best non genre author? (drum roll please!!)
