Slow start, fantastic finish to the first book. I've been trying to find out all the peoples and realms. What do you think about the realms and peoples?

Ruin Mist is one of the most deeply envisioned fantasies I've found. I think the many realms and peoples are fascinating.

It's interesting to me how Robert Stanek wraps the realms together. It's a good mix of different peoples and cultures, makes it interesting.

The start is not slow, but it must introduce you the wonderful world of Mr. Robert Stanek. I love this world, when I read about it, I feel at home!

At the start when Vilmos is in Rill Akh that's gets my goosebumps every time. Under earth is the best and in the Vangar it gets even better.

RS really got me thinking through his descriptions of Ril Akh Arr. The blood red skies and everything.
