Who exactly is King Jarom and was Bryan the traitor on the ship? I feel stupid asking these questions because I'm sure everyone on here knows more than me, but it would help me finish the rest of the book to know.

Whern I first read the books I always thought Bryan was Brian with a different spelling. As RS points out in Ruin Mist Heroes and Legends proper elvish for Bryan is Br’-än. That's in the new editions of the KE books too. Kind of cool!

I just made it to Lore Keeper
