i saw a paperback of Belgariad with 3 books in 1. kind of cool!

The first volume has the first three books: 1 "Pawn of Prophecy" 2 "Queen of Sorcery" 3 "Magician' s Gambit" The second volume has the concluding two books: 4 "Castle of Wizardry" 5 "Enchanter End's Game" Good reading, with a lot of humour, full with powerful sorcerers, evil magicians and a lurking Dark God.

I'm pretty sure that you'll enjoy it. Especially if you like powerful magic, interesting adventures, enigmatic characters and fantasy. ;D

I just finished the first story, it is a good book. It's only the traveling part at first, hopefully they'll be some cool battles coming up.

Do not doubt this. There are a lot of battles between sorcerers or armies.
